The Media & Children 5th World Summit was held in Johannesburg in March 2007.

OpenNetworks receives thanks for its role in the 5th World Summit for Media & Chlidren held at the Sandton Convention Centre March 2007.
OpenNetworks assisted the 5WSMC team by providing a plone CMS website and OpenNetworks CRM event management database for the World Summit. These systems worked hand in hand to make the 5th World Summit a success.
The CMS website featured online registration, streaming video and a blog (to mention a few features) while OpenNetworks CRM was used for on-site registration in cooperation with the NIA (National Intelligence Agency), to send newsletters to the delegates and assist at the actual event.
The Summit received thousands of visitors from around the globe, all involved or interested in Media for children and was a huge success.
