Season's Greetings

As 2008 draws rapidly to a close, OpenNetworks would like to take this opportunity to round off the year by looking at what was achieved and produced in the OpenNetworks stable.

• Both the Johannesburg and Cape Town offices have settled into new premises, and we have been working at making those our own! (As per request Johannesburg got the schmancy boardroom and Cape Town got the stunning view.)
• One of Several new projects, we initiated OpenNetworks support of Google Apps, allowing us to offer clients reliable, cost effective, flexible email support.
• We launched our Help site - for quick and easy online assistance, and logged onto Skype.
• 30 plus new CMS websites were launched, showing the trend that organisations are broadening their advertising scope in tough times to reach more people and insuring their message gets out there!
• OpenNetworks CRM was used as the management tool behind more than 100 events, and assisted clients in updating over 10 000 contact details. Over 100 000 newsletters were sent in the last year by our clients to their different clientel!

We have seen a broadening and diversifying our knowledge base, with the introduction of new staff members, which means we can offer our clients more in the future. On a less serious note the entire OpenNetworks Team came together for the annual strat session, which was rounded off by some serious Go-Kart racing, where true driving colours were shown!

With those thoughts in mind we would like to wish all our clients, without whom the above would not have been possible, a wonderful Festive Season, and a happy New Year.

We look forward to making 2009 a productive and progressive year!
