Pricing

OpenNetworks CRM pricing has a Monthly fee and a Once-off component. Both vary depending on the number of users.

Monthly fee is made up of R500 basic + monthly support at R500 per-hour + R100 per User.  This includes 10,000 database records*, 100 SMS units, all normal bulk email costs** and regular system upgrades.

Once-off costs include database set up, data import, data scrubbing, training and implementation.  This amount varies depending on the number of users.

Typical implementations costs:

10 Users: Once-off R20,000 + R2,000 per month.  This includes one hour of monthly support.

50 Users: Once-off R60,000 + R7500 per month. This includes four hours of monthly support.

Additional SMS rates are currently at about 29c (South Africa local), all prices are Excluding VAT.

R10,000 Once-off + R1,000 per month

*Additional R500 per 10,000 database records

How it works

We load your contact details onto the system from your spreadsheets or export from Outlook - or you type them in the good old fashioned way. Now you and your staff can access all customer details. SMS groups of people, personalised, interactive and with message logs. You can email groups of people, by name, in colour.

You can search through your database using almost any criteria you might need, and you can update your client contact details using an automated system, utilising both email and sms. Clients can register for a mailing list from your website. Keep notes, and information about your contacts. Event management: Name Tags, Email invitations and RSVP's of delegates, Address labels, customisable event checklists, Delegate lists. Web registration for events.
