Should you ever want to clearn out all of the notes templates on the Contact screen, delete all but the last one the normal way and once you have done that change the last nore to delete_all and save.

The obvious way is to search for CSV in the Groups  search block, but on newer databases you can just search for "Tilda" using the actual ~ synbol.  This  character is put in front of the automatically generated CSV import Groups so that they always appear last alphabetically.
